Wood pellets are made from untreated French sawdust, without any glue or binding agents. Pressed under high pressure, these wood pellets are clean and dust-free; they offer excellent heating performance (= 5 kWh/kg) thanks to a low moisture content (≤ 8%) and continuous quality control by the CERIC laboratory.

Wood pellets are NF – DINplus certified and can be used in all types of wood pellet heating appliances. Their consistent and uniform particle size facilitates smooth flow through the appliance’s system. Easy to use, the pellets provide constant and comfortable warmth in your home.

Information on storage and use

  • Storage in a dry place: Once the pallet has been delivered, store it in a place that is sheltered from the rain and well-ventilated (e.g. a carport, shed or under a canopy).
  • Air circulation: Avoid direct contact with damp soil and leave a gap of at least 5–10 cm between the plant and the house wall.
  • How to cheer properly: Use dry kindling and eco-friendly firelighters. Light the fire from the top down (low-emission lighting method).
  • Soot-free combustion: Thanks to its low moisture content, the wood burns cleanly, leaves hardly any ash and is gentle on your chimney.
