How your delivery works
Appointment reminders by telephone
As soon as your order leaves the central warehouse, our courier will contact you by telephone or text message to arrange the exact delivery time slot with you.
Arrival with a tail-lift (loading ramp)
The haulage lorry is fitted with a hydraulic tail lift. The pallet is lowered safely and without jolts to road level.
Parking with an electric pallet truck
Provided there is a hard surface (paving, concrete, tarmac), the driver will drive the pallet directly into your driveway, garage or carport using a pallet truck.
