They are produced at a very large sawmill, where the sawdust is used on site to manufacture the pellets. Using the sawdust in a short production cycle ensures that it retains its high level of freshness.
These raw materials are then dried at a low temperature (conveyor belt dryer).

Information on storage and use

  • Storage in a dry place: Once the pallet has been delivered, store it in a place that is sheltered from the rain and well-ventilated (e.g. a carport, shed or under a canopy).
  • Air circulation: Avoid direct contact with damp soil and leave a gap of at least 5–10 cm between the plant and the house wall.
  • How to cheer properly: Use dry kindling and eco-friendly firelighters. Light the fire from the top down (low-emission lighting method).
  • Soot-free combustion: Thanks to its low moisture content, the wood burns cleanly, leaves hardly any ash and is gentle on your chimney.
