Our extra-dry (at least 18 months) logs of white oak and beech/hornbeam come from sustainably managed French forests in Franche-Comté, the Vosges and the Jura. White oak is a dense wood that produces beautiful embers when burnt.
It offers optimal combustion for a high calorific value.
Beech or hornbeam burns to produce beautiful, even flames with a higher calorific value than oak.
