KINDLEWOOD
Bags of shredded softwood (poplar), a type of wood that burns quickly and easily and is perfect for lighting your fire.
The wood is dry, with a moisture content of less than 20 per cent, and ready for immediate use.
Uses: For wood-burning stoves, fireplace inserts and open fires

Information on storage and use

  • Storage in a dry place: Once the pallet has been delivered, store it in a place that is sheltered from the rain and well-ventilated (e.g. a carport, shed or under a canopy).
  • Air circulation: Avoid direct contact with damp soil and leave a gap of at least 5–10 cm between the plant and the house wall.
  • How to cheer properly: Use dry kindling and eco-friendly firelighters. Light the fire from the top down (low-emission lighting method).
  • Soot-free combustion: Thanks to its low moisture content, the wood burns cleanly, leaves hardly any ash and is gentle on your chimney.
